By accessing and using Artfluir, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our samples and presets in your music productions. This license includes:

• Use in unlimited commercial and non-commercial music productions
• Modification and manipulation of the samples
• Distribution of music containing our samples

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw samples
• Include samples in competing sample libraries
• Claim ownership of the original samples

3. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

All samples, presets, and content provided by Artfluir are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to the original content.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Artfluir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
