All products sold on our website are artistic digital works such as samples, sound packs, and presets. Since these are instantly delivered digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate payments made for the same order. If you believe you have been charged twice, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for verification and resolution.
In all other cases, including technical or download-related issues, our team will assist you by providing a working alternative download link or replacement access — not a refund.
